About Domaine Bruno Clair

Domaine Bruno Clair, based in Marsannay, farms roughly 23–25 ha across seven villages of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, including several Marsannay cuvées in red, white and rosé. The top reds are Chambertin Clos de Bèze (0.98 ha, partly planted in 1912), Bonnes-Mares (0.41 ha) and the Gevrey premiers crus Clos Saint-Jacques, Cazetiers, Petite Chapelle and the Clos du Fonteny monopole. Savigny-lès-Beaune La Dominode comes from 1.71 ha including vines planted in 1902. Whites include Corton-Charlemagne and Morey-Saint-Denis En la Rue de Vergy. Reds are partly destemmed, fermented with native yeasts and aged 15–22 months with 20–50% new oak, giving classic, lively and firm Burgundies.
