About Booker

Booker, founded by Eric and Lisa Jensen and owned by Constellation Brands since 2021, is an estate in the Willow Creek District on Paso Robles' west side: about 100 hillside acres of rocky, calcareous shale and limestone, certified organic in 2021 and Regenerative Organic Certified in 2023. The focus is Rhône varieties. Fracture is estate Syrah from a calcareous block; Vertigo is a Syrah-led blend; Oublié is Grenache-led, redder-fruited and more aromatic; Ripper and the club-only ONES Syrah and Cabernet, Tempranillo and a rosé round out the list. Reds see native yeasts, some whole clusters and 18–24 months in French oak; they are bold, ripe and structured, with ten or more years of cellaring potential.
